Reason: Add steps for other provisioning tools. (Discuss in Talk:GNOME Initial Setup#General OEM provisioning page)

GNOME Initial Setup is a tool to set an OEM provisioning mode so that the initial user can set their user details themselves.

Installation

Install the gnome-initial-setup package.

Configuration

First enable GDM. Initial Setup uses GDM to run. Ensure that the system has no user accounts. GDM will detect the absence of users on boot and launch gnome-initial-setup.
