Expand filter adds vertical stripes

I discovered if the expand filter adds vertical stripes to the left and right of the frame, it needs to be called after scale and dsize. Otherwise, junk appears on the right of the movie frame. --A neutrino 00:05, 18 March 2010 (EDT)
