Rename this page to Local Communities

Does this page name corresponds to its content? It contains lists of communities by language. I am not a native speaker, but it looks wrong for me. I think it should be named as "Local communities". And there is no a centralized section about actually international communities (English). So I want to create such section and add corresponding links there, so they are much easier to be found by users. What do you say? After renaming, also the main page should be edited (by somebody with edit access) to list that new name. Ashark (talk) 22:29, 16 October 2021 (UTC)

"International" is very specific and to-the-point, "local" is vague. So -1 on renaming this page. -- Alad (talk) 15:36, 18 October 2021 (UTC)
I agree that "local" is vague, also those communities are based on having a common language rather than common place, which is what "local" usually means. On the other hand, there are few really "international" communities listed on the page, most of them are just "national". Except as I said, they are based on common language, not nation. But I don't know a more suitable adjective, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ — Lahwaacz (talk) 20:33, 18 October 2021 (UTC)
Since you mention languages, the forums has the Other Languages section... but I don't know how well this change would be received by the respective communities. -- Alad (talk) 13:06, 19 October 2021 (UTC)
I checked ubuntu, they actually do use a word LoCo or Local communities. But I agree, local can be misunderstood as a place. I thought of something like Lingual communities or Intralanguage communities, but never seen anybody use such term. Now, why just not "National communities". Looks good to me. -- Ashark (talk) 17:05, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
National does not work well for Portuguese and Spanish (see the links on the page). Also International communities#German lists one very non-national community. — Lahwaacz (talk) 06:21, 23 October 2021 (UTC)
What about "Native language communities"? Pretty precise. -- Ashark (talk) 11:28, 23 October 2021 (UTC)
I think that's better. — Lahwaacz (talk) 15:40, 23 October 2021 (UTC)
To me that's a mouthful... -- Alad (talk) 15:55, 23 October 2021 (UTC)
I think it's a huge problem, I now start a community called BioArchLinux, it is a community for biologists or people working on Biology, so it's absolutely the international community, we are from around the world, but we are not an organization based on specific nationalties.-- malacology 23:18, 27 December 2021 (UTC)
That's really too specific to be part of this page, which is about general Arch Linux support. See the first paragraph of the article. -- Alad (talk) 14:24, 28 December 2021 (UTC)
So what word to describe the BioArchLinux community? -- malacology 02:59, 30 December 2021 (UTC)
Why not rename to Communities without any attached adjective? That way we cover all the cases described above, and it avoid being complex. --Erus Iluvatar (talk) 07:41, 30 August 2022 (UTC)
