Use conf.d for configuration

According to the author of monitorix /etc/monitorix/monitorix.conf should not be modified directly but instead a separate file should be created in conf.d/ as described in FAQ107. Citing the author: "if you modify the main configuration file you are either forced to upgrade it on every new release or you are ending up with an obsolete monitorix.conf".
