Outdated service name in "Enable Bonjour/Zeroconf"

>> "avahi-daemon.service"

Should this instead be "avahi-dnsconfd.service"?

I think avahi-daemon.service is right. Why would it be outdated? Lonaowna (talk) 13:42, 24 November 2016 (UTC)

Never mind, I must have overlooked something. I see https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/avahi/ does list usr/lib/systemd/system/avahi-daemon.service. For some reason only avahi-dnsconfd.service appears in my shell auto-completion for "systemctl enable avahi", but that's probably something I have done wrong...

Can we clarify the difference between the packages netatalk and netatalk-ddp

Hi, new to posting here, so excuse me if I'm not using this section properly (also my english isn't the best...). Basically, I searched about 15min to find out what the difference is between the netatalk(AUR) package and netatalk-ddp(AUR). Now I think the ddp version (kernel-level implementation) is for compatibility reasons. Can someone clearify that in the netatalk article? That would help user users looking for this, I think. Thank you in advance. Greetings, Heugerd (talk) 20:59, 24 March 2021 (UTC)
