Section Rdesktop#Automatic scaling of geometry is misleading

From that wording the reader might think that geometry can be resized when the client is already running, which is not the case. From my experiments the geometry can only be set during rdesktop startup, unless I am missing something. I suggest to change the title to "Automatic scaling of geometry during startup". axper (talk) 13:09, 5 July 2014 (UTC)

IMHO, at the time of this writing the wording of the section leave no option other than stating the requested geometry at startup. The reason is that -g is a command line switch. Regid (talk) 22:41, 29 April 2020 (UTC)

What is winbind?

Then you have to install winbind, then edit the /etc/nsswitch.conf and add the "wins" to the list of hosts.

This isn't very clear. Is winbind a package? Is it a command from a different package? axper (talk) 14:35, 5 July 2014 (UTC)

The quotation above is taken from Rdesktop#Remote_desktop_using_NetBIOS_names_instead_of_using_IP_address. The whole thing looks to me tightly tied to Samba#NetBIOS/WINS_host_names. Someone more knowledgeable might want to correct me, or add more information. Regid (talk) 22:29, 29 April 2020 (UTC)
