Fixing Fn keys

If the Fn keys do not work or exhibit incorrect behavior(e.g brightness keys suspending the laptop) it can be fixed adding the acpi_osi=Linux acpi_backlight=vendor kernel parameters and blacklisting toshiba_acpi.
