Have been using linux since before v. 1.0. Downloaded a slackware distro over a 2400b modem. Ran on a 4 meg 386 box. No X.

Used SuSe/Kde until I got fed up with LibreOffice printing bug (fixed) that went undistributed for over a year. Looked at Ubuntu, but went with Arch.

I'm a retired C/C++/ksh programmer. Arch keeps my mind sharp (I hope).
