Hi and welcome to the ArchWiki! I've moved the content of Title in English and [[Title in English (简体中文)]] to your user page because that's the right place for putting personal content. You probably just copy-pasted the code in Help:Editing#Interlanguage links, right? :) That's just an example, you're supposed to change "Title in English" with the English title of the page where you want to put the template, but it's not meant to be used with user pages.
