Mention DKMS

Hey! Shouldn't DKMS be linked somewhere? It's required for some kernels (like linux-zen). Also, would it not be a good idea to link packages such as linux-zen-headers which are also required for a functional setup? AverytheFurry (talk) 02:33, 28 February 2021 (UTC)

I agree that DKMS might at least be mentioned in Kernel_module and/or Compile_kernel_module.
We could also mention Kernel modules in the main Kernel article and link to the seperate page for details.

Remove Link to GitHub linux-hardened

I've glanced at the repo https://github.com/anthraxx/linux-hardened and noticed the latest update was 2 years ago. Should this link to the github page be removed? The package search also lists https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/linux-hardened/ the same repo as the upstream URL, however it seems that the repo is dead despite Template:Pacman still providing up-to-date versions.

The GitHub repo is actively being updated, though. You can see that there are new releases being made, and you can see the updates in their respective branches., e.g. 5.19.
As for Pacman providing updated versions, you can inspect the source files to see the mechanism by which the package fetches the latest source from the repo. -- CodingKoopa (talk) 19:37, 8 September 2022 (UTC)
