Mention the upstream pacman package for bisection

In some scenarios it makes sense to bisect with the upstream package ("make pacman-pkg") and this is so far not mentioned on the wiki... I'd be happy to add some information about it, but if I know the editing rules right bigger changes should be discussed beforehand. So what do you think? Might be better to update/adapt Kernel/Traditional compilation if I remember correctly what make pacman-pkg does?
