Successive edits and use of talk page
Hi!
First of all, thank you for your continued contributions, but I must warn you that:
- cascading minor edits like Special:Diff/748884/748930 should still respect ArchWiki:Contributing#The 3 fundamental rules. Please use a sandbox or your user page to bounce wordings and ideas around: the resulting edit to the real page will be easier to follow for others.
- Talk pages are not a notepad, e.g. your edits on Talk:Dd#Appendix: alternatives of dd that also suitable in scenario other than disk cloning do not follow Help:Discussion.

- I'm going move the these pending section in talk:sd to my private user page. (Meanwhile I'd only leave the "Known issues" section in talk:dd as is, since it discuss an actual issue that may confusing users. -- Jlhs (talk) 13:16, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
- I concur. Besides, a constant stream of edits makes it hard to impossible for other users to edit the page. Please refrain from this behavior. -- Alad (talk) 09:33, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
- Just viewed the entire edit history, very tired to audit indeed. I apologize for frequently minor editing (usually only for typo, rewording etc), mediawiki does not have a squash-commit like in git so just as you said, an scratch section should be placed to a non-public page first. -- Jlhs (talk) 13:06, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
